Delivery
Delivery takes 2-3 working days from date of purchase, outlying areas take up to 5 working days. We make use of the Courier Guy, a reliable courier service. Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address as we will not be held responsible for parcels being sent to the wrong address.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Please make use of our sizing guide before making a purchase to ensure you select the correct size. Items purchased in the incorrect size can be returned within 7 days of purchase, with the customer being liable for shipping costs to return the item and send a new item in the correct size. No refunds will be offered on incorrect sizes being purchased.
- All items are carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped. In the event that an item has a manufacturing fault or defect, we will provide the customer with an exchange or a store credit, no refunds will be accepted.
- Online gift vouchers and store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
